About Me

I am a dedicated consultant psychologist specialized in evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support individuals on their mental health journeys. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Calicut University, Master’s in Applied psychology at the University of Kerala. I have pursued advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through Achology and honed my skills in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Individual Counselling under the guidance of Geo P. George. I am proud to hold the position of an International Affiliate Member of the American Psychological Association (APA), which is a testament to my commitment to upholding global standards in psychological practices and ethical counselling. In my practice, I focus on creating a therapeutic approach rooted in compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. I strive to foster a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies for long-term mental health. My methodology includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which help my clients effectively tackle challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, and personal obstacles through practical and impactful interventions. I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, and I am committed to breaking down stigmas and making psychological support accessible to everyone. Through my work, I hope to inspire individuals to embrace self-growth, emotional well-being, and a journey of inner transformation.
