About Me

I am, a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience in clinical practice, psychological assessments, and psychotherapy. My journey has led me to specialize in providing therapeutic interventions for individuals grappling with challenges like depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, and substance abuse disorders. I take pride in my ability to conduct a variety of psychological assessments, including projective tests, IQ tests, personality tests, and neuropsychological evaluations. My approach to therapy is rooted in advanced techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Schema Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy.
