About Me

I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to promoting mental well-being and emotional health. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling Psychology (MSc) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (BSc), I have honed my skills and knowledge to better support those who seek help. I am also fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil, which allows me to connect with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. My expertise spans various therapeutic modalities, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Art Therapy. I specialize in areas such as Child Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Each approach I use is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients, creating personalized treatment plans that are effective and compassionate. I also have training in Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Behavioral Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I address specialized areas like Relationship and Family Therapy, Queer Affirmative Therapy, Dream Analysis, and Sex Therapy.
