I am a skilled professional in the field of psychology, backed by a solid academic and practical foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology. Throughout my educational journey, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories, assessment measures, and therapeutic interventions. I had substantial hands-on experience providing crisis intervention and counselling services to individuals who are going through tough times. My expertise covers a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, conflicts, grief, abuse, and trauma. This experience has equipped me with the necessary tools to support people as they navigate through difficult and overwhelming situations. Beyond my formal education and clinical experience, I also completed a specialized course on the basics of crisis counselling. This training allowed me to further hone my skills and provide care to a diverse group of individuals. I have accumulated over 150 hours of direct counselling experience, which has really reinforced my ability to offer empathetic and effective support to those in need.
